Service of legal notices

To be effective, formal legal notices to LNC must be in writing and sent to:

Notices are deemed delivered upon: (a) personal delivery; (b) the second business day after deposit with a reputable national courier with tracking; or (c) the first business day after transmission by email, provided no bounce-back is received and a hard copy is also sent by courier.

Notices to a merchant may be delivered through the Service, by email to the address on file, or by mail to the merchant's registered address.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

A Data Processing Addendum reflecting LNC's role as a processor / service provider is available on request from [Privacy Email]. Enterprise procurement teams are welcome to contact us during evaluation.

Law enforcement and regulator requests

Requests for personal information from law enforcement or regulators should be sent to [Privacy Email]. LNC requires valid legal process and reviews each request on its merits before producing any information. Where lawful, LNC will notify the affected merchant or individual.
