Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan is month-to-month with no implementation charge. Optional onboarding help exists, but software access never depends on it.
Which plan should I start on?
Starter if you need one live view of the operation. Foundation when you need to understand why the numbers moved. Operations is the one most teams land on: it is where LinkNest starts telling you what needs attention and what to do about it.
What happens if I downgrade and I am over the new limits?
Nothing is deleted. Your stores, seats, automations and reports stay exactly as they are. LinkNest marks the workspace as over-limit and stops you adding more until it fits — you choose what to keep, we never choose for you.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is contracted rather than bought online. Limits, integrations, retention and support are negotiated and configured per workspace.
Do I need a Shopify store to use LinkNest at launch?
At launch, Shopify is the primary connector path. Additional integration patterns are designed into the product architecture.
What happens during onboarding?
Onboarding aligns data flows, operational priorities, and team workflows so your command center is reliable before go-live.
What currency am I billed in?
Canadian dollars. Every plan is priced and charged in CAD, and the price you see on this page is the price Stripe charges. If a plan is ever offered in another currency, a switch appears above and changes both what you see and what you are charged.
Can LinkNest support multiple stores?
Yes. Operations connects up to three stores, Scale up to ten, and Enterprise is configured to your contract. Every plan above Foundation gets a combined view across them as well as per-store views.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. Contract and renewal terms are documented during onboarding so your team has clear lifecycle expectations.
Are discounts available?
Ask sales. Discount codes are applied at checkout and are validated server-side against the plan they are issued for.
